Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients:

1 Tbsp Organic Grassfed Ghee*
1 onion(s), chopped finely
2 pods Green Cardamom*
2 cloves garlic, crushed
14 oz tomatoes chopped (can used canned)
1/4 tsp Organic Cinnamon*, ground
1 Tbsp Exotic Whole Garam Masala*
1/2 tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder*
1 tsp brown sugar
1 1/4 cups cream
1 Tbsp almonds, ground
1 quantity cooked Chicken Tikka (see recipe)
1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
Cooked Himalayan Basmati Rice* (optional)

Instructions:

1. Heat Ghee in a pan over low heat.
2. Add onion and cardamom pods and fry until the onion is soft and golden.
3. Add garlic, cook for another minute.
4. Add tomato and cook until paste thickens.
5. Add cinnamon, garam masala, chili powder, and sugar to the pan and cook for another minute.
6. Stir in cream and ground almonds.
7. Add in cooked 'Chicken Tikka' pieces and simmer for about 5 minutes or until the chicken is heated thoroughly.
8. Serve with Rice if desired, garnish with chopped cilantro.
