Paleo Popsicles with Ghee

We all love popsicles to cool down in the summer heat. These paleo popsicles are delicious and refreshing and are made with fresh fruit and healthy fats. This recipe is dairy-free and paleo friendly.

The recipe can be made with any fruit you desire.

The following fruits are Paleo Friendly:
Apple
Avocado
Blackberries
Papaya
Peaches
Plums
Mango
Lychee
Blueberries
Grapes
Lemon
Strawberries
Watermelon
Pineapple guava
Lime
Raspberries
Cantaloupe
Tangerine
Figs
Oranges
Bananas

For the ghee part of the recipe, you can use a variety of Pure Indian Foods ghee, including Grassfed Organic Ghee, Cultured Ghee (batch-tested to contain no more than 0.25% lactose and 2.5 ppm casein/whey), Indian Dessert Ghee, or Digestive Ghee.

Ingredients:

1-1/2 cups fresh fruit
1 TBSP Organic Grassfed Ghee*
1 can coconut milk full-fat
4 TBSP Manuka Honey*
1 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract*

Instructions:

1. Blend everything in a food processor or blender until smooth.

2. Optionally add in small pieces of fruit for more texture.

3. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze.
