Frittata with Garlic Ghee & Garden Veg

Start your day with a delicious breakfast frittata made even better with the richness of our grass-fed organic ghees! This frittata is packed with fresh veggies, protein-rich eggs, and herbs, but it’s our Italian Ghee and Garlic Ghee that really takes it to the next level. Whether you're making it for a quick weekday breakfast or a leisurely weekend brunch, this frittata is a nourishing and flavorful way to kick off your morning!

Ingredients:

2 TBSP Organic Grass-fed Italian Ghee*
1 TBSP Organic Grass-fed Garlic Ghee*
2 large scallions (or 5-6 small scallions)
2 poblano peppers diced
6 meatballs cubed
2 garlic cloves
4 egg(s)
1/2 cup shredded cheese

Instructions:

1. Heat 2 TBSP Pure Indian Foods Italian Ghee in a cast iron pan and sauté chopped scallions, diced peppers, diced tomato, cubed meatballs, and garlic.

2. In a medium bowl, eggs with 1 TBSP melted Garlic Ghee, and shredded cheese.

3. Pour over vegetable mixture and heat through halfway.

4. To cook top, place in oven at 525°F on broil for 5 minutes or until golden on top.

5. Top with fresh avocado 🥑, salsa, chives, cilantro, red pepper flakes, Sriracha or really anything you desire. 🙂
