Ingredients:

1 cup dry lentils
3 cups broth (chicken or vegetable)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon PrimalOil*
1 teaspoon Organic Sesame Oil*
1/2 cup yogurt plain
1 teaspoon Organic Curry Powder*
1/8 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt* or to taste
1/8 tsp Tellicherry Extra Bold Peppercorns*, ground, to taste

Instructions:

1. Simmer lentils in broth, covered, until soft and broth is absorbed; about 20 minutes.

2. Place lentils and all remaining ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth.

3. Thin with additional broth if too thick.

4. Taste and add additional salt and pepper if needed.

5. Drizzle a little more PrimalOil on top.

6. Serve with toasted pita chips or naan.
