Forget about those vinegary and bland European style pickles! Indian pickles are all about the oil and spice game. This spicy pickled garlic achaar? It's made with chopped cloves of organic USA-grown garlic, fermented, then marinated in only the best extra-virgin olive oil, rounded out with lemon juice and vinegar and raw mango powder for that pop of brightness, and topped off with brilliant and fiery aromatic Indian spices to bring some serious flavor to those garlic cloves.
It's so irresistible, you might contemplate bringing a jar of it everywhere you go!
Don't say we didn't warn you.
While other companies use cheap seed oils like canola oil to make their pickles, we use certified organic extra virgin olive oil. Translation? It's actually good for you! You can lick the jar clean without any guilt.
You can't have a proper Indian meal without some achaar on your plate. It's like the missing puzzle piece that completes the whole delicious picture! But don't limit your imagination to pairing this with just Indian meals, it's fantastic on all sorts of foods.

Hi! I'm Sandeep.
I travel to India, Asia, South America, and Europe to bring you back some of the most pristine, pure, organic clean ingredients in the world. All the products you'll find here at Pure Indian Foods are ones that me and my family use personally.
My family has been making ghee since 1889. Today, my wife, Nalini (aka "The Ghee Lady"), carries on this tradition. She still makes all the ghee and tightens every jar by hand.
We are passionate about bringing you traditional and nourishing foods. It's our labor of love and service to human-kind. Thank you for supporting our small family business.
