Cucumber Celery Salad

Refresh your palate with this light and crunchy Cucumber Celery Salad, made with the nourishing goodness of PrimalOil and the bold, nutty flavor of organic black cumin seeds. Crisp cucumber and celery come together in a simple yet flavorful combination, with PrimalOil adding healthy fats. The organic black cumin seeds give the salad a unique, slightly peppery twist that elevates its fresh taste.

Ingredients:

¼ tsp Organic Black Cumin Seeds* (Nigella sativa) Nigella sativa
1 cucumber(s)
2 celery
3-4 radishes
3 TBSP walnuts
1/4 cup parsley fresh
1 lemon
2 TBSP Organic PrimalOil*

Instructions:

1. In a small dry skillet, toast the black seeds over medium heat, stirring frequently until fragrant, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

2. Next, cut 1 cucumber in half lengthwise and then thinly slice crosswise on the diagonal. Trim the ends of the celery and thinly slice crosswise on the diagonal.

3. Halve radishes and thinly slice.

4. Roughly chop the walnuts and also the parsley.

5. Zest and juice the lemon.

6. Combine everything in a large bowl, along with the PrimalOil.

7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
