After harvesting, we dissolve the Himalayan Shilajit Resin in clean water, filter it to remove impurities, then concentrate it into a paste using low heat. Nothing is added to it during the entire processing. The Best Shilajit Ever™ is the purest form and highest grade of Shilajit resin that you can get anywhere. Beware of shilajit powders and capsules that were prepared using spray drying, which use very high heat that degenerates micronutrients.

How do I take shilajit resin?

Adults take 100mg (rice grain sized) of the shilajit resin 1-2 times a day or as directed. It may be taken directly or dissolved in hot beverage.

Keep out of reach of children. You may store it at room temperature or in the refrigerator. Do not use it if the outer seal is missing or damaged.

How is shilajit pronounced?

How many days does one jar of shilajit resin last?

10g: 50-100 day supply (depending on usage)

30g: 150-300 day supply (depending on usage)

It's really sticky. How do I get it out of the jar?

Use the tip of a butter knife or a small spoon to scrape out a small bead of Himalayan shilajit.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO MELT. DO NOT MICROWAVE SHILAJIT.

We know that pure shilajit resin can be sticky and messy. However, we only want to offer you the best shilajit in its most natural form—not a dehydrated and over-processed powder variety. While powder may be easier to handle and consume, we don’t recommend it.

Why is my jar less than 1/3 full?

Since pure Shilajit resin is used in such small quantities, an actual-sized jar would be really really (REALLY) tiny. We chose a larger jar so that the label is legible, which is a challenge with many dietary supplement labels. A full jar would be way too much product, but a small jar would have a label that you couldn't read. Thus, we went with a larger jar, with 30 grams of product by weight in it.

How do I know this is real?

Because we said so. No, just kidding. We know that there is a lot of information out there on the internet about testing shilajit for authenticity, and we want you to feel confident in our product.

Shilajit is now in high demand all over the world. Yet the product itself is tricky and difficult to collect from the mountains, which is what makes it so rare and expensive. There are many sellers who would deceive the public by selling inferior products that may contain fillers and additives, or be of very low quality. We understand why you'd want to test a product before ingesting it.

Here are a few ways to test for authentic Shilajit:

Dissolve a little Shilajit resin in warm or hot milk or water; if it won’t dissolve, it’s not the real deal.
Roll a little in your hands; pure Shilajit should become warm, tacky, sticky and gooey. If you place it in the refrigerator or freezer, it will harden like glass.
If you add it to alcohol, the best Shilajit won’t dissolve, but if yours does, it is not pure Shilajit.
Authentic Shilajit resin will never burn! If you touch it with a flame, it will bubble and turn to ash, but it will never actually catch fire.

Is shilajit good for women?

Shilajit isn't just for men; women use it as well. Historically, Himalayan shilajit resin has been used by both men and women.

Is shilajit resin FDA approved?
