Whole30 Ground Beef Base

This is a simple base recipe, however, it’s loaded with bold flavors of bell pepper, onion, and garlic. It's meant to be stored in the fridge for use in multiple meals, or frozen for later use.

Ingredients:

3 lbs beef ground
2 bell peppers de-seeded and chopped
2 onion(s) large, and chopped
4 cloves Garlic,* minced
2 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt*
1 tsp Tellicherry Extra Bold Peppercorns,* black ground
2 tsp oregano dried, crushed

Instructions:

1. Heat a large skillet on medium heat.

2. Add ground beef. Stir and chop to separate beef into smaller pieces. Cook until brown.

3. Add onions, garlic, bell peppers, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

4. Cook for five minutes, stirring intermittently, until onions are soft. About 5 minutes.

5. Separate into 3 servings (3 cups each) for use within three days or freeze up to 6 months.
